Beautiful clean operation. I would like to know the width of bipolar forceps used. 1 mm perhaps?. If the patient is sitting up I usually block the Cisterna Magna with Cotonoids as I believe this might decrease the posibility of tumour seedig in the spinal spaces. If the tumour occupies the cystern, then I leave the resection of this part to the end of the removal as it acts as an obstacle for down sliding tumour cells. In the case shown here it seems there is no infiltration of the floor of the 4th ventricle and if so, this being unusual por an Ependimoma it would be advisable to review the histology. Thank you.
