    I really enjoyed this video.
    Dr. Krisht uses a technique similar to Dolenc´s, or maybe an evolutionary one. It is so surprising how cutting the temporal dura close to the entry point of the third nerve into the cavernous sinus exposes the baslar trunk beautifully.
