Coincidence of meningiomas with different radiological findings and histological types are considered rare entities. Summary: The author references a previous report of two intracranial meningiomas with distinct histological types in a 65-year-old man. The tumors exhibited different imaging characteristics, highlighting the importance of thorough examination of surgical specimens when multiple tumors are present. Conclusion: The presence of lesions with varying imaging features and histological diagnoses necessitates the removal and examination of all tumor components to understand their independent pathogenesis.
