Rarely, this intratumoral bleed may spillover into intracerebral or intraventricular regions. Case Description: The authors report an intradural variety of clival chordoma presenting with apoplexy and spillover of blood into lateral ventricle. Clinical presentation, radiological scans, and relevant literature is also described.
