They also discussed classical MRI findings and surgical management strategies, presenting a case where an open anterior biopsy confirmed the diagnosis after multiple failed percutaneous attempts. Conclusion: The letter emphasizes the importance of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures for neurosarcoidosis to prevent neurological deficits.
