Thus yet, just a few cases have been reported. Due to the deep position, narrow lumen, fragile walls, and extensive tortuosity, both endovascular and microsurgical procedures are strictly limited. A case study of successful endovascular glue embolization of a left MPCA aneurysm and a literature review is included in this report. Case Description: A 17-year-old female arrived at our institution 2 days after suffering a major intraventricular hemorrhage with a minor subarachnoid hemorrhage. Digital subtraction angiography revealed a left MPCA aneurysm. The patient underwent a successful endovascular glue embolization and had a favorable functional outcome. Conclusion: Endovascular glue embolization yielded favorable clinical and angiographic results in MPCA aneurysms where microcatheter access and maneuverability are challenging.","thumbnailUrl":"https://sni-digital-videos.s3.amazonaws.com/articles/e1b1e083-c28d-49a4-ba3a-f8c9a03a103f/featured/hero-1781559966509.png","publishDate":"2023-10-20T00:00:00.000Z","doi":"10.25259/SNI_310_2023","categories":["Neurovascular","Case Report"],"fullTextUrl":"https://surgicalneurologyint.com/api/articles/e1b1e083-c28d-49a4-ba3a-f8c9a03a103f/pdf"}
