Successful total excision of such a lesion remains a challenge, especially when these are in close vicinity of major venous sinuses. Case Description: Authors describe a rare case of intra-osseous occipital cavernoma along with radiological findings in a 50-year-old male. En bloc resection of tumor was performed using a high-speed pneumatic drill and no recurrence was noted at 6 months of follow-up.
