This study aimed to assess the epidemiological and clinicopathological features of meningioma patients. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included hospitalized meningioma patients (excluding spinal meningioma) at the National Brain Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia, between 2020 and 2022. Patient characteristics, symptoms, and magnetic resonance imaging results before and after surgery were obtained from medical records. Chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test, and logistic regression analysis performed with P < 0.05 were considered significant. Results: A total of 325 patients were analyzed between 2020 and 2022, with the number of patients increasing annually. Grade I meningiomas were more prevalent than Grades II and III. However, patients with Grades II and III were slightly older than those with Grade I (mean age 47.6 ± 13.7 years and 46.9 ± 10.3 years, respectively). Most patients were women, with a women to men ratio of 4:1. The most common sites of brain meningiomas were the convexity (26.8%), parasellar region (11.7%), and falx (34%). Hearing impairment was the sole clinical symptom that was significantly associated with meningioma grading, with an adjusted odds ratio of 0.313 (95% confidence interval : 0.113–0.869, P = 0.02). Conclusion: In Indonesia, the number of meningioma cases has been increasing steadily from 2020 to 2022, and women are at risk of developing meningioma.
