Their incidence is associated with prior neurosurgical interventions and prolonged survival following treatment. This case report highlights a patient with severe radiculopathy due to cervical vertebral metastasis from a recurrent GBM. Summary: A 42-year-old man with a history of GBM presented with neck pain and right upper limb weakness. Imaging studies revealed tumor infiltration of the cervical vertebrae and confirmed the diagnosis of an extracranial metastasis. The patient underwent Cyber-Knife radiosurgery and additional chemotherapy for palliative care. Conclusion: This case underscores the necessity for heightened awareness of potential extraneural metastases in GBM patients, particularly those with a history of prolonged survival. Routine follow-up should include evaluations for such metastases to ensure timely intervention.
