Ferrigno","Hector Ramon Martinez-Rodriguez"],"abstract":"Background: The association of coarctation of the aorta (CoA) and intracranial aneurysms (IAs) has been previously reported, with varying prevalence rates. The presence of a persistent trigeminal artery (PTA) in conjunction with IAs is also documented, but the specific combination of multiple IAs, CoA, and PTA in a single patient has not been described in the literature. Summary: A 47-year-old Hispanic man presented with severe headache and nuchal rigidity, leading to the discovery of subarachnoid hemorrhage and multiple aneurysms via CT angiography. Digital subtraction angiography confirmed the presence of a Saltzman Type 1 PTA and CoA, alongside significant arterial dilatation. The patient underwent successful embolization of the ruptured aneurysm and achieved full recovery. Conclusion: This case highlights a unique clinical presentation involving multiple aneurysms, CoA, and PTA, raising questions about the potential relationship between these vascular anomalies and the increased risk of aneurysm formation or rupture.
