The application aims to bridge the 'know-do gap' in evidence-based practice by providing quick access to guidelines and scores through a user-friendly interface. Methods: NeuroMind 2, released in April 2012, includes interactive decision support for brain trauma, spine trauma, oncology, and vascular conditions. The application supports 95 scoring systems, with plans to exceed 100 in future updates, and provides access to peer-reviewed literature through an info-button. Results: Since its launch, NeuroMind has been downloaded over 100,000 times and has received positive feedback from users and various medical platforms. NeuroMind 2 has been recognized as a 'Top App' by iMedicalApps.com and is officially supported by the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies. Conclusion: NeuroMind 2 enhances the usability of neurosurgical scores and guidelines by incorporating interactive decision support, thereby promoting adherence to evidence-based practices among clinicians. The application continues to evolve based on user feedback and ongoing collaborations.
