Kubben"],"abstract":"Background: The introduction of mobile applications for neurosurgery aims to enhance user experience and accessibility to relevant content. Previous web applications faced limitations, such as cumbersome navigation due to homepage reloads. Methods: Native apps for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Android were developed to provide a faster and more intuitive user experience. User feedback was collected to identify key features that residents and neurosurgeons value in their daily practice. Results: The NeuroMind app achieved over 30,000 downloads and became the #1 ranked neurosurgical app within six months of its release. Users particularly appreciated the 'Scores' feature and anatomical illustrations, which will be improved in future updates. Conclusion: The development of these neurosurgical apps represents a significant advancement in providing accessible resources for practitioners. Continuous updates and user collaboration are planned to enhance app functionality and content.
