Case Description: We present a rare case of unilateral frontal extradural hematoma that was operated on, and evacuation was performed. Postoperatively, the patient developed bilateral blindness. The patient was evaluated and was found to have a bilateral occipital lobe infarct. Conclusion: We tried to evaluate possible pathological mechanisms of acute posttraumatic cortical blindness.
