They are often associated with von Hippel-Lindau disease but can also occur sporadically. Case Description: This case report presents a 60-year-old male with a sporadic solid hemangioblastoma of the cerebellar vermis, detailing his clinical presentation, radiological findings, surgical management, and postoperative outcome. Conclusion: Although rare, these tumors should be considered in the differential diagnosis of posterior fossa masses in adults.
