Case Description: We hereby present the clinical case of a patient treated for lung adenocarcinoma, who, years later, developed a case of the right frontal-temporal-insular ischemia secondary to leptomeningeal spread of the primary neoplasm, with an invasion of the walls of the right-middle cerebral artery and its branches. Conclusion: This should be considered an extremely rare form of recurrence of a primary solid tumor with clinical and radiological features that can mimic those of vascular inflammatory entities.","thumbnailUrl":"https://sni-digital-videos.s3.amazonaws.com/articles/b323e06c-dc59-400a-bf0d-526038cc4177/featured/hero-1781561191127.png","publishDate":"2022-07-08T00:00:00.000Z","doi":"10.25259/SNI_336_2022","categories":["Neuro-oncology","Case Report"],"fullTextUrl":"https://surgicalneurologyint.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/11709/SNI-13-290.pdf"}
