Some of the most challenging situations arise when members of the care team disagree regarding the most appropriate management plan. Case Description: We present the case of an older woman with a subdural hematoma and postoperative seizures resulting in prolonged neurological decline. This case highlights an ethical dilemma as part of a series of cases that will be described in coming issues of SNI.
