Case Description: A 40-year-old male presented with 6 months of progressive myelopathy attributed to a magnetic resonance imaging documented T7 ventral cord herniation through a ventral dural defect at the level of a 20-year-old thoracic burst injury. It was surgically repaired using IOUS.
