This is one of the most interesting video about clipping an AComa aneurysm I have ever seen. Without sylvian dissection just with meticulous subfrontal approach and use of bipolar coagulation for remodeling the neck of the aneurysm even without parent artery temporary clipping!.
This only could be done by masters like proffesor Hernesniemi.
