I have seen in these videos the use of some kind of glue covering the superficial aspect of a fissure – interhemispheric in this particular case. What´s the main idea? To “restore” the anatomical plane? How does it work when you have to reop?

Beautiful performance. For someone with less experience it is advisable to use a Navigational systeme to find the Cavernoma quickly and easyly.
