    thanks for presentation but we need to know the approach it is costotransversectomy

    It was performed via a transpedicular approach, including thoracic laminectomy and facetectomy. We did not remove any of the rib for this particular case, but may be necessary in some cases.

    Excellent video, I want to know if you put any instrumentation posterior to resect the disk, vg transpedicular screws.

    We did not perform any spinal instrumentation or fusion with this procedure due to the inherent stability associated with the thoracic spine.
