The “Live Demonstration Course in Operative Microneurosurgery” is an annual course chaired by Professor Mika Niemelä, Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Helsinki in Helskinki, Finland. The department was chaired by Professor Juha Hernesniemi through 2014.

Thanks for your comment. We will post the 2014 videos as soon as they are edited and received. In the mean time, please view the first videos posted yesterday as part of the “Helsinki 1001 Surgical Videos.”

Dr Hernesniemi’s team indicated that there was an issue with patient privacy, so the videos have been temporarily removed.
